01Where is Finca La Montaña?
At Avenida Amazonas Central, 2-4, in Aranjuez (Madrid), opposite the Hospital del Tajo: 47 kilometres from Madrid and about 43 minutes by car (Puerta del Sol, Google Routes). From the A-4 take exit 37 (Aranjuez norte) and then the one signed “Hospital”; the finca is about 200 metres from the roundabout.
02How many guests can it hold?
The finca’s website gives up to 270 guests in each of its two gardens, and banquet halls of up to 300 diners. Bodas.net speaks of weddings of 70 to 280 guests. The finca hosts one wedding a day (Bodas.net).
03How much does a wedding cost?
The finca does not publish its rates: it emails them after you fill in a form. Bodas.net lists menus from €140 to €180 per guest. The menu price includes a coordinator, open bar and DJ for two or three hours, a tasting for two, the cocktail, flowers on the tables, guarded parking and a hotel night for the couple (the finca’s website).
04Does it have its own catering?
Yes: the finca has its own kitchen, led by chef José Luis Redondo, and does not require outside caterers. Menus can be personalised, and Bodas.net mentions vegetarian, allergy and coeliac options.
05How late does the party go on?
Bodas.net lists a closing time of 05:00. The finca’s website speaks of open bar and DJ for two or three hours, depending on the menu. Confirm the time with the team when you ask for your date.
06Can we have a civil ceremony at the finca?
Yes: the finca has three places for civil ceremonies in its gardens, and its website says the Jardín del Mirador has a special spot for them.
07What if it rains, or it is hot?
The finca has two banquet halls for celebrating all year round, one of them made of glass, with views. A couple who married in the middle of summer say on Google that they never felt stifling heat, thanks to the greenery around the place.
08Is it accessible?
Google lists wheelchair-accessible parking, entrance and toilets.
09Is there accommodation nearby?
Yes: the Hotel Occidental Aranjuez, 300 metres from the finca (Bodas.net describes it as four-star). The wedding menu includes a room for the couple on the day and night of the wedding.
10Is it licensed for celebrations?
The finca says it holds all the licences and permits required by Aranjuez town council and the Community of Madrid, with an operating licence since 2010.
11Can we visit before booking?
Yes, by appointment: the finca offers to book the visit on its website (Calendly) or by phone on +34 91 892 73 64, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 19:00. It also answers by email at info@eventosenaranjuez.com.
